  • All the expences, residance tax and all other taxes are included.
  • 30 % of the full price must be payed upon the closing ofregistration and the rest upon check-in.
  • The use of all the equipment in the house is also included.
  • Bringing pets is not extra charged.
  • Check-in is at Saturday from 15.00 to 20.00 h and check-out also at Saturday till 11.00 h.
  • In case of any material damages please let us know in time so the damege could be removed and the expences submitted.
  • There is a 10 % of discount for a stay of more than one week
  • All the guests have the opportunity to use stamped tour guides and various informative materials.
  • The guests are pleased to leave the house in the way they have found it because there are not any cleaning charges
  • The host can arrange the prepparing of a traditional Istrian dinner as an extra charged service.
  • Except the extra bed it is possible to arrange the use of a children´s crib which is not extra charged but it must be previously announced.
