  • Minimum stay is 6 nights.
  • All the expenses, residance tax and all other taxes are included.
  • 30 % of the full price must be payed upon the closing of registration and the rest upon check-in.
  • Payment can be made in cash or via bank account.
  • The use of all the equipment in the house is also included.
  • Check-in is on Sunday from 15.00 to 20.00 h and check-out also on Sunday till 11.00 h.
  • In case of any material damages please let us know in time so the damege could be removed and the expenses submitted.
  • There is a 10 % of discount for a stay of more than two weeks
  • All the guests have the opportunity to use stamped tour guides and various informative materials.
  • The guests are kindly asked to leave the house in the way they have found it since there are not any cleaning charges.
  • Except for the extra bed, it is possible to arrange the use of a children´s crib which is not extra charged but it must be previously announced.
